After I make a research. I think there are problems that occur in food court and place that provide for food, for example KFC in which to order food the queue will occur. So I list this problem in one of the problem that occured.
The problem is :
1. Customers need to queue.
2. Wasting customers time to take orders.
3. Make customers stand in a long time.
4. The possibility of errors during to take orders.
5.The manager must take many workers to take orders.
So the solution is that I want to express of my opinion where a machine like below should be established, so this problems that occur can be reduced. Besides,this facility easy and maybe attract more customers to come because the services offered and user-friendly also high-tech. In addition, quick and easy style.
The solution is :
1. Customer does not take a long time and save time and just touch the screen to order food.
2. Orders made by customers through the machine will come to the machine in the kitchen and chef will continue to read the message and will cook what the customer order.
3. When wanna make order again may be made directly without going to the counter. So there is no problem of communication between customer and casheir.
4. Besides, the manager may pay to the worker with high value because of the limited worker.
5. Then would keep the customer satisfied.
