Faulty machine is not repaired and converted into a new one. It is difficult to consumer and sparked outrage to the user and only one machine that functions of the three other machines. In addition,these machines often makes problems such as swallowing coins.  This machine also produces cards for scratched to get the code, so that the card has been scratched will throw all over the place.

The problem is :

1. Existing machine broke and not be changed newly.

2. Rush or queue to reload the top up because the users machine depends only on one machine.

3. Depends on one mechine ,not all network can be reload.

4. Machine is often swallowing the customer money.

5. The card has been scratched will throw all over the place.






To solve this problem, I want to express my ideas to the East Cost Mall provides a new machine and more functional and versatile than before. This machine can reload it from the many types of networks such as Maxis, DG, celcom, Umobile and others.So, I provides the idea to convert this machine to a machine which more technology which do not have to scratch card, just read the code on the receipt.

The solution is :

1. Prepare a new machine with instruction. Make it easier for users to select what they want without being confused.

2. The machine is a sophisticated machine more user-friendly and customer care by providing a sense of tone colors, sounds interesting, and so on.

3. This machines are also multi-functional, addition can reload from a variety of telephone networks such as Maxis, Celcom and many others.

4. This machine does not use coins which will not be a problem in swallowing coins. This machine is only allowed for paper money.

5. This machine does not issue cards to scratched, but also provide a receipt containing the code to reload for convenience to the customers.
